Customer Service and Justice

When is it time to say enough!? How many bad coffees or disrespectful acts of service must one take? Why take it out on me?
I understand this capitalist system has you in its palm and has a grip on you but I am not your enemy. I just wanted a delicious meal with good service and a smile, or maybe just a tasty plain dark coffee. However, when I searched for some warmth you had to make my day worse with this cold experience. An experience I will not soon forget and will not pass off again without complaint.
My inner activist is offended, angry, and unwilling to lie down. Something needs to be done so this injustice ends here! My two cents will go far...

Search for Hope!

Be sure to take a deep breath and take life a day at a time. There are those days when you look at your current professional status and shake your head in disappointment. You begin to ask yourself, "what the heck was I thinking when I chose this profession." This is then followed by "I could have been a business major, a dentist, and made some serious money at least".
Well don't get discouraged! Maintain your composure and remember that the ones who lose hope or get mad lose the battle. You must keep your thoughts and emotions at equilibrium in order to walk the rope.
Money will always be an issue regardless of what kind of professional you are, so find what you've lost and light the fire you once had. Live out the situation until another opportunity arises and do the best job you know you can do.
